I am a young man and I don’t think I want to live long in this world. It seems to me there is no reason to live. Some says they want to live because they want to have a family and see everything the planet has to offer. Others say to discover new things which they still don’t know. But is it worth living? There are people saying that they are lucky that they have given a chance to live in this mortal world.
I always want to hang-out all by myself. No one to talk with and there’s nobody to dream with. I like to be on mountains, terrains and hills, near the sea shore and river banks, sitting and thinking. Wondering is what life is all about. I see that it is like running out to nothing. People were born to grow, learn new things and of course, go to school. After graduating, what’s next? Look for a job to continue to live.
Others go overseas for money, fame and power. There are also who gets greedy on those things. But are those things the only reason to live?
There are some who wants to be simple in their living. All they want is a simple house, having a good job, a happy family, and a good health flowing in their lives. Is that all why they want to live on earth?
Maybe there is be more than that? How about material things like DVD, a car, cellular phones, television, and other riches such as gold, silver, diamonds, and many more. Can you bring these on the second dimension of life?
I can see that everything seems going to nowhere. People fight, kill, and destroy each other for power or a piece of land. Destroying one’s reputation just to be fame and gain power. I think this is a piece of junk to reason out to live.
Everything is going to nothing. Generations through generations are repeating its cycle. People wonder around, they even go to space and explore underwater to have new lessons to learn. Maybe, just maybe the unborn or the aborted children are more fortunate than living in this mortal world. Life here is full of violence, lust, illegal drugs, and destruction that will scar your emotions.
Better yet, we should stop for a while and think why we live and exists here on this world. What is our significance of living? I think we should check our hearts and ourselves because if we don’t, we might see ourselves running on thin air, running to nothing.
