Our donations go to its training and livelihood programs such as piggery, brick making, and puto and butter making. Thus, with IDCF, Kahirup is able to help alleviate poverty in the Philippines by teaching people the skills to make them productive and self-reliant.
IDCF was founded by former Iloilo Governor and Assemblyman, Atty. Rafael Palmares in 1994.

Youth Development
The Philippine Princess of Qld Quest and our other activities provide a training ground for our youth to develop their talents and abilities. They are actively involved in the planning and coordination of our programs, which enable them to learn leadership and organisational skills. They participate in our shows as emcees, actors, dancers, singers and musicians, where they develop self-confidence and enhance their creativity and talents.
