However, because we live in a free society and in a nation where freedom of expression is guaranteed, and because I personally enlisted and served in the U.S. Army from February 28, 1957 through June 15, 1961 and then in the U.S. Air Force from June 16, 1961 through April 1, 1992 and officially retired as a full Colonel on September 16, 1997 as a member of the active and reserve forces, I reserve the right to be opinionated. More importantly, I became a Christian at the age of 5 in June 1942. So my views will obviously be reflected from that viewpoint.
