Currently: King Bran III is not a happy fellow. He has not been in a major war. His 10 year old son is a sickly weakling who is more interested in books. And now to top it all off, that little whelp of a queen of Hardale refused his son's hand in marriage. Old age does not wear well upon his brow. Recently there has been raids into Ambia and Hardale, by what King Bran III is calling bandits. Some have speculate that he is behind these raids and is testing the waters for a possible war. Other say that such an idea is pure fantasy and that these raids are little more then increased banditry due to a weakening in the governments of Ambia and Hardale.
