Currently: Ruled by a kind and just lord, Ambia continues to prosper despite the turmoil at her borders. King Dafydd though has faced a few murmurs against him as he seems more concerned with verse and song then dealing with larger problems. Lord Edward, Baron of Kingston, has of late gone as far as to support Brynia's claims about the bandit raids. Yet with trade to Tarrick being undisturbed, the Riders of the March securing the steppes and the loyalty of the Chancellor of Weyland beyond question, it would seem the only problems for the king rests in the area around Kingston.
regions have been good. Even the saber rattling from Brynia is seen as the actions of a discontent aging old man, whom King Dafydd's advisors hope is intelligent enough not to truly start something. Two light rider companies in the Gordon's Fall area have limited the bandit raids to a minimum and have civilian population mostly undisturbed. The Barony of Kingston has been another story as nothing has been done there to either halt the bandits or the Brynian troop build up in Bath. Lord Edward seems to be the serpent in the garden.
