Plague is like a clock because a clock doesn�t stop once it starts. It just keeps on ticking and time keeps going. Just like a plague because once it starts it takes a long time for it to stop. The plague just keeps on spreading and spreading. Also plague is like a clock because once it starts, it�s a matter of time when you get it. Another way I think about it is that a clock ticks and ticks, which reminds me of a persons heart which thumps and thumps. If the ticking of a clock stops it is just dead and like a human, if the heart stops thumping you will die.
