Tie in one full marabou feather for the tail. Length should be 1 1/4 time
shank length.
Double 2 silli-legs around thread and tie in on the top.
Tie in ice chenille and wrap even thread body to eyes.
Wrap chenille body to eyes and take two thread wraps.
Tie on two silli-legs around each dumbbell with the knot on the backside
of the eye. Take two more wraps around legs.
Cross wrap around eyes again and take multiple wraps around shank in front
of eyes building up slightly.
Take the rest of the chenille and wrap once around far eye from front to
back, cross wrap around near eye from front to back and tie off in front of
eyes.
Trim off excess, build thread head, whip finish and cement.
