Hook Mustad Stinger
Thread 8/0 for tailing and Rod Wrapping thread for hair
Tail Marabou in middle
Grizzly and Plain Saddle feathers on side
Krystal Flash on top
Body Yellow and Green Hair
 

Tying Directions:

  1. Tie in marabou first.
  2. Take a yellow grizzly feather and a regular feather and lash them to the far side of the hook, keep the grizzly on the inside.
  3. Repeat on the near side.
  4. Tie in flash above the tail.
  5. Tie off thread and attach Size A rod wrapping thread for the hair.
  6. Spin a hair body, alternating colors of hair.
  7. Trim hair to desired shape.
  8. Weed guard is optional.
