Artist History:
Kaffeine, formerly Caffeine for Emo, and Caffeine, til we found out some other band had already copywrited it, has been together since 1998, when Paul Douglas (formerly of Endless Fury), Andy Daniel, Dave Bauguess, Steve Peters (formerly of Quarantine) and Pete Foy created it. In February of 98, Peters left the band.� In June of 99, Daniel left the band to be replaced by Phil Jacobson.� We have played in and around the DC area in clubs such as the Grog and Tankard, The Round Table, Phantasmagoria, Petite Choe, Jaxx, and they have played in Pittsburgh, PA and York, PA as well.� We have played with established artists such as Trystic, Center Mass, Gift to the Greedy, Velvet, and One Slack Mind.� Our first CD, "Phil's Basement," is currently availiable
(contact me).� During shows, we cover a diverse selection of tunes including, Steve Miller's "The Joker," The Church's "Milky Way," Al Stewarts "In Brooklyn" K's Choice's "Not an Addict," Bush's "Little Things", Neil Young's "Rockin' in the Free World," as well as assorted songs by Vertical Horizen, Foo Fighters, and Yellow Man.
