Vatti,

The application, steps three and four, requires your information and signature. I request that upon signing you mail the application and its accompanying account disclosures sheet back to me; if you require copies for your records I will mail you some (or I suppose you could photocopy them at work yourself).
I am as of yet unemployed. Right now I'm checking the St. Louis Post Dispatch classifieds for clerical positions. Now that it's this late into the summer, I might as well wait to see what my class schedule looks like.
On that note, I intend to take the Accuplacer this Saturday; then I'll e-mail you again specifically about fees and payment methods. I know you'll look forward to opening your mailbox.
I've also included my Katy Budget Books card and a receipt that lists my current credit ($8.84). Don't get too excited and spend it all at once.
