Scrumptious Ice Cream Bars
Decadent ice cream bars

1 ( 16 ounce) jar chocolate syrup
3/4 cup peanut butter
19 ice cream sandwiches
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
1 cup pecan pieces

1. Pour syrup into a medium microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 2 minutes.
DO NOT BOIL.

2. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.

3. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with 9 1/2 ice cream sandwiches.
   Top with half of the whipped topping, then spread half the chocolate mixture over topping. Sprinkle with half the nuts.  Repeat layers.

4. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.

5. Cut into square and serve.

* Note: May substitute carmel for peanut butter.  Also may use any nuts desired.
