RAYMUNDO C. JECEIL (1875-1951)

 

 

 

RAYMUNDO C. JECEIL, a former governor of Cavite during the Americans regime, was a junior officer in the revolutionary army when he was appointed by General Aguinaldo delegate to the Malolos Congress representing the province of Lepanto (Bangued, Abra). He was on the staff of Aguinaldo when the latter retreated to Palanan, Isabela, in November 1899. (Read his biodata under the rubric “Governor, American Regime”.)
