S. MONTANO (1905 -)
Aside
from being the first congressman of Cavite under the Commonwealth as well as
under the Third Republic, Justiniano S. Montano, after the single terms of
Manuel S. Rojas and Jose T. Cajulis, became the fourth, fifth, sixth, and
seventh and last congressman under the Third republic, 1958 to 1972. His last
term was cut short by the proclamation of martial law on September 21, 1972.
