MANUEL S. ROJAS (1908 -    )

           

 

 

          It is interesting to note that Justiniano S. Montano was the first representative from Cavite under the Commonwealth as well as under the Third Republic, 1946 – 1949.

          Similarly, Manuel S. Rojas was the second representative under the Commonwealth as well as under Third Republic, 1949 – 1953. Their biodata have already been given.
