You'll need to bring your toothbrush, paste and bathroom goodies including hair dryer. Towels, linens, pillows and all the kitchen supplies are already there.
Two of the four bedrooms located on the second floor have their own bathroom. The main floor bathroom serves also as the "guest" bathroom and the top floor bedrooms share a bath on the floor.
All the rooms have full size/queen beds with the exception of the top back bedroom which has twins.
There are a total of four balconies in the townhouse, three with a view of Lake Huron.
