The picture on the left is my military tactical harness with homemade gear pouches. The pouches on the harness are made almost entirely from dollar store stuff. The weight is distributed perfectly, so I can barely feel the equipment while I'm playing, but I certainly know it's there if I or one of my teammates need it! It also turns out that it's very hard to hit me in the body through all that stuff, so I have to pay close attention to make sure that I know when I'm marked so I can call myself out, but it cuts down on the bruises a lot!
This is my JT Alpha 2000 mask with an amber thermal lens and homemade fan system. The fans on top of the goggles, under the visor, are 5VDC 20mm fans from excess-solutions wired in series, connected to 2 9V batteries wired in parallel, which are mounted in a box attached to the back of the strap.
Below is a closeup view of my fans and battery case.
