Billy was given over to distant relatives to be raised when his mother died young. He sought a career in the military and eventually this led him to become an agent fo the IIA (International Intelligence Agency). A soldier first, Billy followed orders without question. His skills were used well by the IIA. Eventually, he was assigned to follow the Immortals in the hopes of trying to ensnare the entire Family of Richards in one swoop.
Billy turned sides and began to help Jericho and Elijah to stay ahead of the IIA and any others out to get the Immortals. He has tried many times to redeem himself, but the lack of trust still exsists in Jericho's world. Now, by accident, Billy has his voice back and is slowly falling in love with Natalie Richards. Is Jericho right? Is Billy waiting for the right moment to betray the group or, truly, has he turned over a new leaf? Will his love for Natalie keep him on track? Will his friendship be strong enough to resist the blood of Nigel Saxon in his veins?
