  • Trees coming in on 19^th or 20^th (same weekend as camphost)
  • Next weekend (26^th) is setup at Monterey
    • Time TBA
  • Sales start on the 30^th
    • Off lot by the 23^rd (take down included)
  • We’re sharing the Monterey lot with Monterey group
    • Will be doing shifts at Monterey and Franklin Mall
  • Darcy will send around a time sheet, e-mail him with best dates if need specific times
    • 2-3 shifts each
• New group: fundraising shares are 1:1:1 (group:section:individual)

  • Issues seem to be resolved, but any checks need to be approved by the gaming commission
