Old Business:  

• Great Escape is this weekend! 
  
• Those of you going as ventures (Greg, Ross, AJ?, Taheer?) must be there by 9AM on Saturday. 
  
• The rest of us will be arriving noon-ish or later.       
  
• Food is covered, but you need to bring your own lunch for Saturday.  Dishes too.
• Cost will be approx. $22 per person.  You can pay Darcy at or after the camp. 
  
• Half the cost will come out of the rover account.
  

•   Our Maui trip is delayed until early May due to a lack of flights.  Plan to leave around May 1 2004.
• Pete is going to look into weather conditions.  If they are poor we may change destinations.
• We'll save some $$$ by going in the off season
  

• We need to order berets for the new people (Dom, Greg, Ros, AJ, Cody and Taheer).

• Cost is approx. $25 CND each, group will cover half the cost.
• I need to know your sizes before we can order. 
  
• Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your head, approx. 2cm above your eyebrows. 
  
• Get this info to me ASAP.  If I do not have it by next meeting you will have to order your own beret.
  

• Next meeting is at the school, 6:30PM.  On the itinerary is:

• For you new guys, we (as in Bryan) maintain a real nice web page for our rover crew.  The minutes from our meetings for the last three or four years are on there, as well as a whole bunch of other stuff.
