Old Business:  

• None
  

•   Our Maui trip is delayed until early May due to a lack of flights.  Plan to leave around May 1 2004.
• Darcy has found some reasonable flights.  If they're still available for a reasonable price (<$850) he will book them for us.
  

• We STILL need to order berets for the new people (Dom, Greg, Ros, AJ, Cody and Taheer).

• Cost is approx. $25 CND each, group will cover half the cost.
• I need to know your sizes before we can order. 
  
• Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your head, approx. 2cm above your eyebrows. 
  
• Get this info to me ASAP.  If I do not have it by Oct 30 you will have to order your own beret.

• Next meeting is at the school, Oct 21st, at 6:30PM.  On the itinerary is:

• We've decided to keep the school for only 1 night/month in the winter. 
  

• We're doing a winter camp in November.  Let Bryan know what dates you cannot make it.  If you fail to contact Bryan then he'll just schedule the camp when he wants and you'll have to live with it.
• We are not booking a group camp, instead we'll just book into a normal standing camp and stay there, unless you want to do a short backpacking trip (i.e. to Point Campground...).  for those of you unfamiliar with point it is about a 3 km hike.

• Bryan is SCUBA diving an Minnewanka this Sunday (Oct. 26th).  This is not an official Rover event, but if you'd like to come book your gear (planning 2 dives), and let Bryan know ASAP so he can send you the details.  You are responsible for arranging your own transportation, buddy, food, and equipment bookings.
• We will be leaving quite early (6:30-ish), so if you're not a morning person you may want to make arrangements to come out for only the afternoon dive.
