New Business:
1. Meredith is leaving us this Saturday and is returning to Victoria.
As such we'll have a bit of a going away party for her. She'll be
in Canmore Friday night, so I was thinking that we could go out there for
dinner, 8:00, at the Grizzly Paw. I'll be driving out, so I can take
3 people. If more of you then that come out we'll have to find another
vehicle. Please let me know if your coming by Thursday at noon so
I can see about making a reservation.
- Meredith, we'll meet you at the Grizzly Paw around 8PM. I'll
try to make a reservation for us, although I don't know if I can.
I'll e-mail you thursday if I make one, hopefully you'll be able to check
your e-mail friday before you leave. If I can't get a reservation
we'll meet there at 8 and just wait for a table.
2. The Rover CD's are complete! Final cost was slightly higher
then expected, $2.75 per CD, but AFAIK group is still covering the cost.
You can pick them up from me (phone ahead, as I may not be home), or get
them from me when we go to Canmore.
3. We need to have a meeting ASAP to make some decisions about our SCUBA
trip to Waterton. We could do this at Canmore, but since we don't
know who's going to be there I think we should have a "real" meeting next
Wednesday (the 30th), 7:30, my house. See you there.
4. At the meeting next week we also need to look over our options for the
SCUBA trip in February.
