Old Business:

• Cookie Race is Deb 28th, let Ryan know if your going ASAP

New Business:

• Camp Host Next Weekend (Jan 25-27): Ryan's planning food, let Tim or Bryan know if your going before next Thursday.
• Business Meeting January 30th, 7:30PM, at the Dales.  BE THERE!!!
• March 1-3:  Camp Host, as well as joint section camp.
  • We'll have to plan at least one meal for the group
  • We're running the camp fire (pyrotechnics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
• There is a Christmas party for the adults this Sunday.  Talk to Pete if you want to go.
• February 10th:  Bottle drive (run out of Pete's garage) and BP banquet (KFC for dinner)
  • You will be at the bottle drive
  • Pete needs $$$ for BP banquet by end of January if you're going to attend.
  • Bingo is in afternoon, we need four volunteers to run it
• Winter Camp March 22-24, we need ideas:
  •  Standing camp at a regular campground?
  • Snowshoe or ski into a campground?
  • Invite the Whitehorn and/or Rundle Rovers/Vents?
• PADI advanced course is in may.  Is $150 + 1/2 rentals.  Ryan's getting us details.
• Summer Backpacking trip?

SCUBA TRIP:

• If you are going we require a $50 deposit by the business meeting Jan 30th.
• For those of you who have "assignments" we need the info at that meeting
  • Cody: Air fare and van rental pricing
  • Pete: Camp fee's
  • Bryan: Rental pricing
  • Tim: Dive book on South Vancouver Island (from library)
• We are going to be finalizing a lot of the plans for the trip, so if you want a say in what's being done you have to be there.
