To figure out how many miles per hour (mph) you are traveling, take 60 (the number of minutes in an hour) and divide it by the number of minutes, then multiply that number by how many miles you skated.
For example, a person who Skated 3.5 miles in 20 minutes would have skkated an average of 10.5 mph (60/20=3; 3.3.5=10.5 mph ). |
