Fighting Back

My Name is Michael and I am 16 years old. I live in the UK.
I am not a victim of Child Porn. Nobody ever sexually abused me. But I survived 14 years of physical abuse.
I am ashamed to say that at one time I looked at some child porn and liked it. I looked at the smiling faces of the boys and thought they were happy. I know now that under those smiles and behind those bright seeming eyes are depths of pain that are unimaginable to those of us who have never experienced it.
ALL Child Porn is bad! Even those where the child doesnt appear to be hurt. All Child Porn comes with a price, a heavy price, and its ALWAYS the KIDS who pay!
The only answer to this is to fight for Child Porn to be stopped at the source.
To fight for the kids who have been the victims of it.
To help those kids to fight their way back to some kind of normal happy life, without ugly dreams, without constant fear, without dark secret tormented places in their minds where they hide their shame and their pain.
If we all hold hands (metaphorically) and stand together we can win. I am sure of this.
