This was the first of 2 Veterans Group 1 placements that Cooper earned. I remember entering him just for fun knowing that his ears had been hard to work with as a puppy and hadn't been tipped over since he finished at 13 months of age. The judge went over him, commented about the ears and I told him that "he is what he is". He loved his movement and put him Group 1. The following year he went Group 1 again under breeder judge Louis Palarik, who again loved the fact he was in such good condition and could move.
As you can see by this picture and the others, Cooper always looked just a little peeved that he was made to stand, look pretty and "smile" for the camera. Definately a dog that had his own agenda!
