If you see a black video box without a video in it (as shown below), be patient - the video is still loading (even if the browser image in the upper right hand corner is not moving).  My DSL connection to less than one minute for each video to load, but a dial-up connection could take much longer.

If you're using Internet Explorer, you might see a message at the top of the webpage the looks like:

If you see this instead of the movie, click on the message and choose "Allow Blocked Content..." As shown above.

Then click "Yes" to the next message:
