Warfield Reviews - Both Nights

Monday was SO great. The SF crowds have been trained well over the years, ha ha. Everyone laughed in all the right places, applauded and screamed just when they were supposed to, and best of all, everyone was QUIET during the quiet numbers. I swear you could hear a pin drop during "Forever Blue" and the acoustics at the Warfield are unbelievable. After the show, I got to talk to Hershel, and give him his Hannukah card, and tell him how WONDERFUL he was that night(he ROCKED!!) But I never saw Roly or Kenney.

I also gave Chris his card, and he signed my t-shirt and drew his cutie profile on it!! Then the security(bastards!) made us go outside for pics, and only a few people were able to take pics cause they were rushing Chris off. He wore his funky "Fargo" hat in all the pics, LOL. I pretty much just walked into the center of the circle and Doug was trying to get him out, and Chris turned and saw me and asked if I wanted a pic. I stood next to him, and then he said, "Come closer" and he wrapped his arms around me....oh, that kept me warm...oh yeah....

For as great as Monday was, tuesday went horrible. The show itself was really good. (All except for what I like to call the "Two Hearts" incident. They were singing it, and two girls ran up on the stage. Chris just took off running, and it took him a bit to get back. And when he did get back, he was completely lost in the song. he kept jumping around)

There were drunk bastards screaming during the first half of the show right next to me. The will call line was so long that I missed Jude. Security confiscated my camera. I think the most disappointing thing was that it was my mom's first show, and it was my two friends' first show, and they all wanted pics, and Chris did not come out and take pics. That was very disappointing for them, and for me, because I had told them that he ALWAYS does it. Oh well. I did see Brett and Roly for a quick sec as we were leaving to go to our car, and got pics with them. And I FINALLY got a pic with Hershel!

Oh, well, I will get my pics back tomorrow, keep your fingers crossed. I was sitting on the aisle seat, and Chris ran up my aisle. I took a pic, let's pray it turns out!
