HOB show

Hey everyone!

I'm not only flyin', I'm soaring! TONIGHT was THE night for me and CI! He came out and did Wandering and he saw me standing right in front of him about four persons back and he looked at me and stepped back a little like he recognized me! IEEEEE! We flirted a little, but there was a little waif of a thing to my left that he was eyeballing more. Mind you had my hair up in this pony tail on top of my head, which no other girl there had, and I was wearing a leopard print tank top with a black skirt so I was standing out a bit. My friend Sara went with me this time and I had to about scoop her off the floor when he looked at her during Wicked Game!

The guys wailed and it was awesome. HOB is small and cozy. If you don't get pushy people standing around you, like we did its fun.

Oh the joke that I couldn't remember from last night had to do with the fact that he liked having us all there with him instead of watching the Pres. on TV. He said for tonight I'd like to think of my self as your president and I can see all these ladies who would be my interns. Needless to say screaming ensued. The night went well. I bought the surfer hat I had been looking at the night before. Its too cute.

Yes that's right he played Two hearts. Sara had to scoop me off the floor. That is my favorite song of his. Out of all of them because it gives a hopeless romantic like me who doesn't date (no men around) hope that there is another heart out there waiting for me and that they will make life a little better.

So during the rest of the show I noticed I was getting looked at by the other band members. Kenny especially during Only the Lonely kept his gaze on me for most of it. It was so cool! It had to be the hair!

CI signed and took pictures afterward. I had him sign my ticket stub and I asked him if he liked the dolphin picture. He said oh so softly "I said it didn't look like me." I smiled. I was floored. I was so glad he liked it! I asked him if he was taking pictures and he said yeah. We had to walk all the way down and around again to get that done. Sara and I pushed our way in, amazing how the people show up from nowwhere when you have been standing there patiently. I got his pic with Sara wich I hope comes out since there was a street light in the back ground glaring. She then got me with him. OH MY GOD! I stood in close and he pressed his cheek on mine and I pressed back. I put my free hand on his stomach and I PRAY the picture comes out great! Fingers crossed.

I am so excited I don't think I'll get any sleep tonight. I can still feel him on my cheek. I will never wash that cheek again! Sigh! Sara and I left and she just couldn't control her self. Her knees and mine were shaking all over. It was the best damn night! I wish I was going tommorrow. Well this high is going to have to last me till he comes in to town again. I am officially a CI concert addict! Who's with me?!

Just a little more HOB memories

Please bear with me. If I don't share with you guys its just no fun.

I managed to think of a few more things I wanted to add to last nights, er, early morning technically. So here they are in random order:

There was one part where CI was talking about lovin and all that and he looks right at me when he says ....turns you on... I gave him this lusty stare and he stared right back! He's so good at that.

After the show I bought a diet coke and we left. The bouncer at the door said I had to leave the drink. So I sat on the steps to finish it while Sara had a smoke and I set my camera and purse down. Do you guess where this is going? Well when we were done we went to go stand in the autograph line and I'm going through my purse and I realize the camera is not hanging on my wrist. I run back to the steps thinking I can't loose my camera, its worth something with those CI pics in it. I walk up to the bouncer and asked if any one turned in a camera. He was like what kind. I couldn't for the life of me remeber what kind so I gave my a good description and he handed it to me. WHEW! He didn't say anything about it being illegal to have one there. So good luck tonight those who are going.

What was scary is that as we were standing in line, this guy is walking down the sidewalk and he sees his girlfriend. He walks up to her and yells where have you been! and shakes her real violently. You could hear him screaming at her as they went across the street. The HOB security went over to help her. That was very nice of them and they get a round of appalause from me. I didn't see how it was resloved, peacefully I guess as the cops never came.

The security were very nice. They did their best with the audience and they only got annoyed when people wouldn't do what they were asked. They have their reasons folks, give em a brake and move along.

Well sorry it wasn't as CI related as last night, but I just had to share those little things.
