Review of Monday SD

Hey Everyone! Let me first start of by saying that those two days were such an adventure that I'm going to be sharing everything and not just the concert to give you an idea of what I went through. First of, its Monday. I decide to wear jeans and a real nice shirt. I went with my trainer and her husband, Leslie and Randie. Randie is a pilot and so we fly, yes fly into San Diego. It was so cool! We got into SD around 6:30 and take the cab to Humphries. We got our table and we were very impressed with everything. I looked around and saw Jeryl and crew. Went over and said hi.

The dinner was fantastic. Everyone was clearing out when we were done so we decided to make our way over to the concert area. Nice little venue. They were pretty lax on checking purses and I was able to get my camera in, but security standing right in front prevented picture taking. They were pretty tight on sending people out who took pictures, so I didn't temp it.

The opening act Venice I thought was kindof cool. They didn't go very long which made things great. Chris came on and hour later, wearing his Purple outfit. Jeryl said most of what I saw at the concert. Chris did eyeball me a couple of times and he did his Hershel is a square right at me and I did it back. It was cool.

When the show was over, we waited till the end of the autograph line to get ours. I had him sign the SOTD CD and asked if he would put Happy Birthday on it, he nodded and put a B-day cake on it and his signature. I asked if he'd put my name on it, but he was in a rush and didn't

I felt overall that he was low key and not full of energy Monday night and I was a bit dissapointed. I was also saddened by the fact that he didn't do pictures.

Oh well. We went back to the airport and got ready to take off only to find out that we couldn't leave cause theres a curfew for flights leaving out of SD. We were going to stay in a hotel but Randie did some swift talking and we ended up staying the night in the pilots lounge. Not the best place sleep but well enough.

We flew out the next morning and when we got home I was late for work. When I changed for work I realized that I had locked my key in the car and was even later for work. I got to work and did my stuff and then left early to drive myself down to San Diego.

I got there right on time and had my dinner and that's where I conclude this part of the review. I'll finish it tommorrow.
