Minnie Driver at the Merrilleville, IN show

The Merrilleville, IN show was even better than the Detroit show, in my opinion. Acoustics were great and the air conditioning couldn't be beat. I especially enjoyed the way Chris teased the security guards who had their backs to him as they stood in front of the stage....hed walk up behind tham & stand directly over them while playing.

He pulled up a young girl in tight black pants, a checkered red shirt & long black pigtails. She seemed to know right where to dance and how to behave....a setup by chance? Lots of folks on the stage at the end....one of his last comments was "I love show biz!".

Did anyone else see Minnie Driver (Good Will Hunting) after the show? My lady & I were getting autographs when we realized who he was talking to. He seemed truly unhappy that there wasn't room on his plane for her (!!). I'm thinking she might have come down from Chicago, but I haven't been able to find out what she's been up to lately.

I had a chance to meet Kenney and speak with him awhile about the tour; he seems genuinely happy to talk to folks. I was hoping to speak with Hershel; being a guitar player myself I'd hoped to ask some questions. Oh well, maybe later this summer if the planets are lined up just right.
