BE WELL

Self-healing is a therapy where the body is consciously enabled and relied on to heal the self.  To best experience the efficacy of this form of healing, the body should be nourished on a diet of live foods--fruits and raw vegetables. To discuss self-healing in Africa today without mentioning the director of New Life, Dr. Ofei-Agyemang will be to miss the point. He employs the natural diet after a cleansing of the body by the ingestion of urine, and where necessary, the irrigation of the colon and a fast, and massages to regularise circulation. Indeed a wholistic approach to healing on the physical, mental and emotional is what can be called true healing. And this is exactly what the doctor practices and advocates in his writings, interviews and presentations.
Urine, referred to as the premium healing waters or Water 1 by Dr, Ofei-Agyemang is a prophelactic that besides nourishing the body, carries the information or antibodies that counter any disease that presents itself making the need for man-made vaccines superflous.
This practise is empirical, and should not be thought of as a recent development. Before the profit-seeking drug manufacturing industry came on the scene. Backed by huge investments in impressive adverts, the drug companies succeeded at conditioning our people to pop pills when they were down with an anomaly. Who doesn't know by now that pharmaceutical(prescribed) drugs are responsible for more deaths per year than even illegal drugs. More youngsters are dragging on the cigarettes and sucking on the beer in the name of hipness. At the same time, many more are kicking the addiction to that nonsense. Some more are gradually eliminating the meat, fish and eggs from their diet or  turning to live foods or at least.
Through the information shared by the director of New Life (his Natural Therapy articles are featured in the Ghanaian Times on Mondays) whose countless patients including orthodox doctors come to him from the  various parts of Ghana and outside (a New Life annex in Togo is in the works), curious medical school students have taken an interest in studying it. This is curious as Natural Therapy's authenticity seems to be a matter of unending debate in those institutions. Things are looking good.
If a decision is made to revert to self-health, it's advised to read extensively(there are loads of relevant info on the web) and seek the advice of Dr. Ofei-Agyemang or any other specialist so you may be well in an informed manner. Health comes first.
