I've designed and built an interface for BPSK, MFSK, Hell mode and slow-scan television. It lets you monitor the transmit and receive audio during normal station operation, or monitor the receive audio while using the computer sound card for other applications. It's based on the LM358 single-supply operational amplifier; it has no relays. It can be powered by a DC supply from 9 to 24 V.
