Transmission Assemble

Clutch Install

Installation procedure is almost opposite of disassemble clutch. Just be careful with Torque.

	Install Ring gear holder, and assemble flywheel. Make sure to use lock tight when you are tighten bolts for flywheel. Torque: 76lb-ft
	Install clutch and pressure plate using clutch alignment tool. I used universal one, but better to use Honda clutch alignment tool. Torque: 19lbf-ft
	After pressure plate is tighten, remove clutch alignment tool, and ring gear holder.
	Assemble transmission mounting bolts. Torque: 47lbf-ft Install front engine mount. Torque: 47lbf-ft
	Install clutch cover. Torque: 9lbf-ft
	Install subframe. Make sure that subframe will be going to original position by aligning marks. Torque: 76lbf-ft Install rear mounting bolts for the transmission rear mount. Torque: 43lbf-ft Loosely tighten the front engine mount bracket mounting bolt.
	Install intermediate shaft and driveshafts. Install brake caliper.
	Install catalytic converter.
	Install transmission mount bracket. Torque: 40lbf-ft Install transmission mounting bolt. Torque: 40lbf-ft Also, install air cleaner bracket. I didn't install this one, since I don't use factory air filter anymore.
	Install two upper transmission mounting bolts. Torque: 47lbf-ft Also, tighten front engine mount bracket mounting bolt. Torque: 47lbf-ft
	Install under cover.
	Install brake booster and EVAP line bracket mounting bolt. Install air cleaner housing bracket mounting bolt. (I didn't install this one also) Install water pipe mounting bolt. Also, Install engine harness cover.
	Apply High Temperature grease to the end of the slave cylinder rod, and install it. Torque: 16lbf-ft Install cable bracket and cables Torque: 20lbf-ft Connect the connecter that you have taken off.
	Install battery tray, intake air duct, air cleaner housing, intake manifold cover, battery.
