| The next in a long line of religious zealots to grace the NAWC is Angelo Cortez. He is the successor to Azrael after his untimely expulsion from the NAWC in a Loser Leaves Town Match. The original Knights Templar, Joshua “Exodus” Essex and Cathedral as well as Azrael trained Angelo. Angelo has been brought in a bit before he was ready but due to Azrael’s loss and now | |
| the expulsion of Keth Vale he is needed all the more. Angelo is deeply religious and reminds many people of a young Azrael before he was turned into a desperate man who needed to fight fire with fire against his enemies. His past is guarded by his superiors and some wonder why this would be so if he’s such a pious young man. Whatever the case is he’s been taught by some of the best and he has exceeded their expectations of him. He is a shot in the arm for the Inquisition who seems to be taking a lot of loses as of late. His future seems bright but will he be able to measure up to the Unholy in this war, or will he fall by the wayside like so many of his brethren before him. | |
