Extremely scattered energies today. Very difficult to focus. Intuition running high, but so is emotional reaction. NLP triggers helping to a degree but there is a build-up of energy that cannot be released. Pressure points on shoulders are tensed and there is a frenetic feeling through the body. Productive night last night. Induced cathartic response to release emotional buildup of sadness, despair, hopelessness. Difficult to get through, but necessary. Wrote a fair amount which will be posted tomorrow or the next day. Very clear vision in the aftermath of the catharsis, immediate i ching reading extremely accurate.



Astrology indicates a buildup of this frenetic energy that will peak tomorrow with Mars conjunction Mars. Massive energy coming in, will most likely manifest physically as well as emotionally and intellectually. Thinking about biking into work to blow some of it off and try to head it off at the pass before there is an outburst that I can't control.
