More NLP today, an attempt to alleviate the brain-grinding on MeMeMe all the hell day long with no end in sight. This one is an anchor on the middle finger, like I'm flipping the bird, with an aural addition of "enough about me, let's talk about you for a minute, enough about you, let's talk about life for awhile" from the Alanis song. Designed to take a step-by-step approach from "nobody but me" land into a wider view of things that includes a sense of humor.

Interesting note: while I am finding NLP to work extremely consistently for various things, all attempts to add in a visual sigil are forgotten when I fire the anchor. Maybe I'm just not doing it correctly or consistently. Although, I have noticed my power anchor visual working well, though sporadically. Its not a sigil though, merely a visual of my body being coated in liquid silver metal, kinda like the Silver Surfer.
