No one will save you, so you just have to save yourself. I've been thinking about protection this weekend. I have always gone under the assumption that whatever life throws at me I can take and haven't ever really undergone any conscious avoidance of bad or dangerous situations. After last night however, I think it may be long past time to establish some protective habits.
