Green Beans and Rice
1 lb ground beef
2 cans green beans, drained or 1 bag frozen green beans
3 cups hot cooked rice (your favorite kind)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Brown beef in large skillet. Drain off grease. Season with salt and pepper. If using frozen beans, add 1/4 cup water to beef, bring to a boil, add beans and cook until tender. If using canned beans, just drain cans, add beans to beef and cook until heated through. Remove from heat, stir in rice. Season individual servings with soy sauce.
