I missed a couple of days, so here's a 3 in 1.



SALSA AND CHEESE DIP

1 lb velveeta, cubed

2 8 0z packages cream cheese, cubed

1 1/2 cups salsa

1 small can chopped chiles or jalapenos



Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan or slow cooker. Heat until melted. Serve with tortilla chips.





BEAN AND CHEESE DIP

1 lb velveeta cubed

1 bottle taco sauce

1 package taco seasoning

1 can refried beans



Combine all ingredients in a saucepan or slow cooker. Heat until melted. Serve with tortilla chips.



CHEESY TOMATO DIP

1 lb velveeta, cubed

1 can diced tomatoes and chiles or jalapenos

1 cup shredded cheddar or cheddar jack blend



Combine all ingredients in a saucepan or slow cooker. Heat until melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
