Teriyaki sauce:
5 T soy sauce
3 T rice wine
6 T honey
one garlic clove, chopped
dash of ground ginger
dash of sesame oil
Grill chicken breasts

NOTE: This recipe is completely made up by me but is DELICIOUS and VERY healthy. Here are a few tips...
I usually mix a batch of teriyaki sauce and marinate the chicken breasts in it (in a ziplock bag). Then grill the chicken breasts and cut them up into strips.
I mix a separate batch of teriyaki sauce (I usually double the recipe) and heat it in a small pot. I add the left over sauce from the chicken marinate and bring the sauce to a boil (VERY IMPORTANT TO BOIL!!).
I add a mixture of corn starch and water 1:1 to the sauce until it thickens.
I serve this dish with steamed white rice and cooked broccoli.
Rice wine may be a little difficult to get if you live in a small town....any oriental food store will have it. We use Shao Shing rice wine.
