1 pound chicken wings

Oyster sauce for wings:

4 T oyster sauce
2 T water
2 t sugar
1 t corn starch
1 t sesame oil

• Cut chicken wings at joints (each wing can be cut into 3 pieces)
• Cook chicken wings (I usually microwave them for 5 minutes or so and then stir fry in wok until cooked through)
• Mix sauce ingredients together
• Remove chicken when done
• Cook sauce over medium heat until bubbling and thickened
• Add chicken back into wok and mix well
  

  This chicken is delicious and SUPER cheap to make. I usually serve it with steamed white rice.
