Mondays are usually pretty rough for me.  I get off of my 11-7AM shift around 7:30, have a meeting from 8-9, get home and in bed around 9:45AM.  I usually can't really sleep, so around 12PM, I'm up again and getting ready to run errands and make my 45minute commute to class.  Class ends around 8, I'm home and settled around 9:30, in bed by 10:00PM or so.  

By this time, I'm exhausted because I've been awake for about 24 hours straight.
