Today was a good day again for Rick and it is nice to see him up and moving around so well.  The epidural is still keeping him pain free and comfortable.  Today we walked out in the garden area for a short time and in a few other areas of the hospital for a change of pace.

I will be heading out to the racetrack saturday night and it is nice that Rob was able to fix the damage from the 43 car hitting me in the pursuit last week.  I hope the car will run well tomorrow night!

I will be giving Rick updates via cell phone after each race just so he does not worry too much.  I hope he will be home soon and back out at the track with us.
