Update
Not much new to post but I thought I would give at least an update. The police have advised that the file is STILL in the crown office but was at least given some contact information to try to reach them.
I am still in hospital..going on week #5 now but able to come home for short passes. I hope to be back home soon for good.
Rick has started radiation and it is making him feel sick. He has 6 weeks every day except christmas, boxing and new years day. He also finished his 3rd cycle of chemo so this month will be doubley difficult.
Hope everyone is getting ready for the holidays and winter brrrrrrrr...

Hey Elizabeth,
I've been reading your blogs ever since you gave me the site about a month or so ago. I am sorry to hear you are still in the hospital and hopefully you can get better and get back to work in no time.
As for your husband, my thoughts and prayers are with him. I am sure he will come out of this, as long as everyone stays positive.
I hope you and your family can still have a great holiday season despite these unfortunate times.
