Well!  Yesterday was the day from Hell.  My fiance and I were having some needless problems with money.  You know the kind that actually are all someone elses fault, but then you have to be the one to pay for them.  So needless to say, it was very stressful.  Thank God that is done with now though.  And through it all I actually did overly well wqith my PKU. I had less than half of what I am supposed to have.  But I figured it will be great that way because I wasn't very good at all during Thanksgiving.  This way, my levels will get lower much quicker.  I made a lopro taco salad today with 2 hard taco shells 1/3 cup lopro shredded cheese and 15 olives.  That was only 9 exchanges.  which may sound like alot, however, I had not had any exchanges except for that.  So, I figured tonight I would have lopro pasta made with 2 boiullion cubes for 4.9 exchanges.  That way if I want a treat with Charles before I go to sleep tonight I have plenty of exchanges to work with.

Charles and I have been wrapping presents and putting up the Christmas tree today.  I love Christmas time.  It is such a sweet feeling everywhere you go.  I just have a few more presents to wrap and I am still waiting for one for him to come through the mail.
