Well, the night I had my dinner with my aunt and my family went really well. I actually did not cheat on my food. My weakness is carbs, so I toasted a lopro piece if raison bread and had as a carb fix. I also had olives, pickles, rutabeggas, a few bites of turnips, and a few bites of green bean casserole. I had 2 gigantic marshmllows from the top of the sweet potatoes also. To drink, I made a small formula, so it would fit in the water goblet and I had 2 flute glasses of Asti. I am going to add a couple of lopro dishes to Christmas Eve dinner since it is our real Christmas, but now I know what to begin with. I was extremely full and didn't want for anything.
We opened all of the presents that were to or from Aunt Dianne that night. Charles and I gave her a stuffed bear with a silver frame that said family on it. It had an pic of him and myself in it. She gave him a beautiful cashmere sweater and me some gorgeous jade and silver earrings. She said that there is a present under the tree that "santa" left. She says it is a gift for me to wear but really for both of us. How cool is my aunt?!
I went to my doctors yesterday. He was so excited about me running again. But he is worried about me being aenemic again. He is not the first person to say that lately. so, next visit he will take all my blood tests. except for PKU. I still do those except at clinic in March.
I have found out for my trip to Disney next week we will have a fridge and microwave. I thought I would take a loaf of my lopro bread, some grits, loprofin cereal, and lopfrofin snack mix that I made. I will also take fruit roll ups, tangles, grapes, oranges, apples, apple sauce, and hunts lemon pudding.
