Hey!  I have recently gotten my bloodtest from over Thanksgiving back.  It was 11.  So, I have to do another washout. I have been severely depressed the last few days.  Thats is really why I haven't written.  But Charles took me out to Demopolis,about 45 minutes away, yesterday.  We had a rally good time.  He took me to lunch and I wasnt close to as good as I should be.  I had 2 honey bbq chicken wings and a couple of onion rings.  I hadn't eaten anything in over 24 hours and had nothing last night.  hopefully it will help balance it out. Well, I work in a few minutes.  I open today.  Maybe it will help me to be out and about again today.
