Mmmm.... enchiladas.  That's what I made for dinner tonight--non-fatty-fat version, of course.

Not too much going on.  Right now I'm listening to the song on Heather Jack's MySpace (www.myspace.com/heatherrjack).  Very often I'll go to her site, minimize it and keep browsing in another window so I can listen to it over and over again.  Maybe one of these days I'll just buy the CD.   :)

So anyway, quiet day.  I went to Curves and was the only one there.  It's a four-day weekend for the military (Veteran's Day--and I would say they've definitely earned it) so not too many people want to work out.  I'm trying to keep my heart rate consistent.  I'll get so into my workout that I end up working too hard and my heartbeat skyrockets.  Today it was at about 180 during one of the breaks.  For those of you who don't know, that's not good.  In fact it was off the chart they have on the wall.  So I slowed it down.

Otherwise, not too much else.
