What size is the room and do you have any photos you could send? Rooms range from 10 x 10' (loft) to 14 x 15'. See Mark's link on some pictures or look at the pictures posted here. Is the room in your house and, if so, could you give us some idea of the layout? Home is 2 story 28 x 40' with 12' deck on 2 sides includes 3 bathrooms, 1 full kitchen. Who would we be sharing the kitchen with? The community shares the kitchens as needed. Same with bathrooms. Are the warm pools large enough to swim at least 10 strokes in one direction? Hot ponds are much larger than olympic size pool. Are there any other safe swimming options in the walkable area? Three minute walk to Waiopea Marine Conservation Area with best snorkeling on the island and the Hot POnds are 1.5 miles away. Do you get much of the trade winds where you are? Most of the year 5-15 mph. Are you and your husband happy with your lives and getting along well these days? Most days as is any long term couple. NVC is a big part of our communication tools. Is there anything else we should know about the neighborhood? it is a Very safe neighborhood!
