The basil in our garden is growing daily by leaps and bounds. (Great Idea from Erin for planting it in the tires!) We made pesto last night - basil, mac nuts, olive oil, garlic, parmesean! Had it with shrimp over pasta. Not a morsel left! So bring your favorite basil recipes because it looks like we will have basil for months!
